Collaborates with internal teams across departments to interview subject matter experts, determine what type of content is needed, translate business specifications, and research corporate policies. Responsible for producing high-quality content quickly, efficiently and ensure deadlines met. Edits all content to ensure documentation is created in a user-friendly format, consistent verbiage, provides clarity and conciseness for the intended audience. Published work includes user guides, workflow guidelines, checklists, and diagram maps. Other duties as assigned.   Must have: Ability to learn banking terminology and functionality quickly Banking Experience Excellent verbal and written communication HTML Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience in technical writing or related field.
