Position:  Test Automation Engineer (.Net & React) Location:  Anywhere in USA (Will support EST time-zone) Type: Contract / Fulltime   Job Details Test Automation Engineer with specific experience using .Net and React.   Designs, develops, maintains, enhances, and supports test automation of web based multi-tiered business applications. This individual will also participate in Agile practices employed in the team. This individual will communicate with colleagues and other stakeholders to analyze complex business requirements and processes, assess available technologies, determine infrastructure, and recommend test automation strategies. Incumbents will design and build test automation solutions which may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies, and tools. Incumbent will participate in and help drive forward test automation effort as defined by the team. A testing and quality mindset is a must.  The individual will be responsible for creating well-crafted test cases for a given set of acceptance criteria.  They should also be comfortable in recommending additional acceptance criteria for missing edge cases. Qualifications Technical Knowledge Object-oriented design, development, and implementation of business applications in current computing architectures. .NET or .NET Core using C#. React 15+ with TypeScript REST APIs and Architectures SQL Test Automation patterns and tools such as Cypress/Selenium Unit testing frameworks for both frontend (Jest) and backend (XUnit) CICD driven test automation Messaging, Service Bus and Application integration patterns Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related subject area; or equivalent work experience and training.
