Role : Python Developer with AWS Location : Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Experience Level : 10+ Years JD : Technical/Functional Skills : - Good Understanding of various Python libraries
- Familiar with the AWS cloud services like EC2, Simple Storage Service (S3) and Elastic MapReduce (EMR).
- Strong object-oriented programming experience.
- Experience writing scripts using Shell, Putty, etc. for Applications automation.
Experience Required : - Hands on experience in core Python programming language
- Experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes, including document parsing techniques and managing large data sets of structured, semi - structured and unstructured data.
- Relational databases experience (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, etc.)
- Data harmonization and ETL processes.
- A deep understanding and multi-process architecture and the threading limitations of Python.
Roles & Responsibilities : - Designing and analyzing tasks and programs to measure the impact of product features and make calculated modifications based on desired results
- Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with applications systems
- Detect, diagnose and report related problems
- Collaborate on best practices, code reviews, internal tools, and process improvement.
- Able to assess business rules, collaborate with participants and perform source-to-target data mapping, design, and review.
- Involved in architecture, flow, and the database model of the application.
- Developed the ETL jobs as per the requirements to update the data into the staging database (Postgres/Oracle) from various data sources.
- Works on optimizing and memory management of the ETL services
