Job Description:

•             Facilitate database operations\management best practices for uptime, performance, scalability, architecture and design, HA and DR

•             Be the key person responsible production Postgres DB running on Aurora RDS in AWS.

•             4+ years of experience working with Postgres databases

•             Oracle DBA who handles capacity planning, configuration, design, and data migration

•             Experience implementing high availability by setting up either streaming replication or logical replication and decoding

•             Knows how to optimize queries/schemas

•             Knows backup solutions and strategies

•             Knows HA solutions and strategies

•             Knowledge on NoSQL technologies is an advantage
