Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will responsible for collaborating with exiting & prospective customers to gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions. You are responsible across areas like requirement gathering & elicitation, documentation, functional evaluation and analysis. Your analysis, communication & documentation skills should be par-excellence.
Job Description
· Expertise in gathering client requirements, facilitate in understanding clients' business, processes and convert those in scope documents
· Exceptional communication skills along with ability to facilitate meetings with business and IT stakeholders
· Collaborate with business groups, development team, quality team, project management, and executive management teams throughout the product lifecycle
· Knowledge of BA deliverables and Agile methodology Experience
· Experience in creating standard BA artifacts like workflow/process flow diagrams, use-cases, specification documents & forms/report
· Participate in design reviews of proposed features and assist with requirement validation
· Contribute in development of demo models/ solutions for pre-sales activities & RFP’s
· Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio & Project and Excellent Language (Oral & Written English) skills
· Experience in functional testing and UAT support
· Provide functional oversight to the team members and serve as reference point for functional clarification
· Experience with SQL Database and PL/SQL
· Attention to detail / detail oriented is required
Desired Knowledge
· Knowledge and experience in P&C Insurance and or Life domain is desired.
· Experience in Duck creek
