Direct Client
1 Year Contract position
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer works with various departments to document, develop, test, implement, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise applications. In addition, this individual will support the deployment of vaccination and testing systems onto the client’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM Azure tenant. Helping with customization and administration of the application, including logging, user management, custom screen and app changes, review issues and act as the domain expert. Troubleshoots problems and issues with an eye for identifying areas of improvement. Assists with creating and maintaining a customer-service oriented department responsive to the changing needs of stakeholders.
-Provide enterprise solution development through the implementation of custom and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions. Heavy emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform products.
-Assist with ITS operational activities, such as providing Tier 2 support to Service Center requests
-Upgrade professional skills, certification levels, and/or competencies
Essential Job Duties or Tasks:
-Document, develop, test, implement, maintain, and optimize secure, scalable n-tier custom, COTS, and SaaS solutions using ACE’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and industry best practices
-Microsoft Dynamics CRM
-Microsoft PowerApps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate-Flow & Portal experience
-C# and JavaScript programming language development
-Document, propose and discuss solution options, recommendations and implications
-Learn and become strongly proficient in newly identified solutions, technologies, and business processes that meet current and projected business goals
-Create and maintain technical design and system documentation according to established standards, such as code and process documentation, ERDs, operations manuals, etc.
-Assist project teams in performing business analysis to document business requirements and technical specifications, creating proofs-of-concept as directed, and providing accurate level of effort (LOE) estimates; assist project managers in defining specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely milestones; articulate trade-offs of differing development approaches; and be accountable for completing work by established deadlines
-Collaborate with business users and team members to provide operational support to new and legacy enterprise solutions, correct defects, and conduct unit/functional testing
-Identify opportunities to increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce costs for assigned enterprise solutions
-Communicate timely status updates (verbal and written) to team members and management
Education/Experience/Specialized Knowledge and Competency Requirements:
Candidates must have the following:
Educational
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, information technology, or other appropriate discipline
Technical
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining complex, secure, stable enterprise solutions using a variety of technologies across a variety of vendors for a diverse set of business purposes. Experience should include:
Required: Minimum of two (2) total years’ experience Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer experience
Preferred: Minimum of five (5) total years’ experience:
