Project: Need Marketing Data Analytics with Pharma background Duration: 12 months Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania & Research Triangle Park, North Carolina *The location could be remote for now but once back to normal(new) candidate is expected from one of the locations. Required Experience (Years): 5yr (Pharma exp is must) Expectations – Marketing data analytics role – marketing analytics (Pharma data analysis a must), background on segmentation, promo response / mmx is good to have but not a must, R or Python, SQL Manage and resolve sales reps' tickets related to Customer, alignment in Remedy tickets tool Identify tickets category, resolution business function team and work closely with teams Typically spend a portion of the workday reviewing existing tickets and looking for cases that should be closed, following up with users where appropriate, and setting reminders for future action Work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders\business functions like analytics team, territory alignment, Filed operations team Drive continuous process improvements to drive efficiencies in the existing setup and share and implement best practices from other engagements Thanks and Regards, Manosh Saturn Infotech, Inc.
