Role : Regulatory B.A Location : NYC,NY Job Description : The candidate should have technology understanding with expertise to create BA deliverables required under Agile Methodology. Candidate should have exceptional analytical and problem solving. Candidate should also be able to contribute in scrum master related tasks including planning and status reporting. Responsibilities! •            Candidate MUST have experience in backend systems especially Settlements/clearance  •            Candidate MUST have excellent understanding on Capital Markets; have knowledge of various Asset classes such as Equities, Rates, Commodities etc. and key Product categories such as Vanilla, Derivatives, Exotic, and Structured etc.  •            Candidate preferably should have understanding on Controls Framework and Exception Management processes and Industry Testing ( Front to Back Testing)  •            Candidate MUST possess excellent Agile Skills i.e. effectively participate and manage all Agile Ceremonies, drive Sprint planning, Grooming, Retrospective and create EPIC, User stories and Acceptance & Testing Criteria   •            Strong experience in BA documentation such as GAP Analysis, Burn Up/Down Charts, User Stories, Use Case, Wireframes, Test strategy document & SIT/UAT Test Plans, Data flow diagram , Business process diagrams, E2E workflows etc.  •            Familiarity with Celonis process mining and Signavio process mapping is preferred.   •            Applicants MUST be familiar with writing TDD/BDD style requirements leveraging specification by example using Given/When/Then scenarios  •            Familiarity using BPMN diagram format or Agile Requirements Designer models is preferred  •            Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Business, Operations, Legal, Compliance and Technology to explain, clarify ,elaborate and finalize regulatory requirements  Candidate should have worked at least one of below CM processes : •            Front Office  •            Middle Office  •            Back office (Clearing & Settlements) Minimum qualifications •            Bachelor’s Degree educated or equivalent  Preferred qualifications  •            Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and similar Business Analysis tools to develop use case diagrams.  •            Candidate should have worked in any of below tools  •            JIRA •            Test Driven Development/BDD •            SQL Server management Studio or Any SQL DB tool  •            Splunk (Optional) •            Rally (Optional)  •            Confluence (Optional) •            HPQC (Optional)  Thanks & Regards, Shrish Mishra | VBeyond Corporation  9088544153| ShrishM@Vbeyond.com | http://www.vbeyond.com Hangout ID – shrishvbeyond@gmail.com   Disclaimer: We respect your Online Privacy.
