Title: Senior RPA (UI Path)
Location: Remote
REQUIREMENT DETAILS:
• Previous Development Experience.
• Experienced RPA & UiPath Analyst, Developer & Support.
• Define standards and guidelines and drive RPA related technology best practices.
• Set up UiPath related development environment and experienced in working with UiPath Orchestrator and Kibana.
• Support issue resolution that arises in day to day running of RPA processes.
• Participate and contribute to an effective software development lifecycle in Agile and Devops environment.
• Experience in guiding teams identify technical risk early in the process.
• Guide team in finding opportunity to reuse organizational level technical assets.
• Ensure the team leverages engineering best practices including continuous integration, automated deployment where applicable.
• Mentor and guide developers , Lead development team, provide leadership of small to medium to large size projects.
• Operate as team player- work together to drive solutions.
• Build strong partnership- demonstrate integrity and built trust with others.
• Strive for excellence - motivate others to achieve high standards and continuously improve.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies.
• Strong hands on engineer who has end to end automation design/ development and design experience.
