• NEED: Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum)  They are running this as a Six Sigma project 
• Reviewing the process for promotional materials 
• Locate Gaps within the process and Document it 
• Define, Measure and Analyze the process 
• Must have strong active listening, ability to understand; voice of the customer and do Root Cause Analysis 
• Must be passionate, high energy, solid active listening and strong ability understand and analyze
