Position:  Network  Engineer
Location: denver co, onsite

Job Summary:
Looking for an Observability & Network Monitoring Engineer to monitor, triage, and troubleshoot large-scale network and CPE data using tools like Splunk, Kibana, Instana, and Grafana. The role focuses on proactive issue detection, RCA, and ensuring network/service reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards & alerts (Splunk, Kibana, Grafana, Instana)
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, latency, packet loss, and device performance
• Perform L1/L2/L3 incident triaging and support major incidents
• Troubleshoot network/CPE issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Analyze fallout reports (provisioning failures, connectivity issues, config errors)
• Monitor wireless networks, routers, gateways, and CPE devices
• Generate reports and automate monitoring/alerting processes

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Splunk (SPL), Elastic/Kibana, Instana, Grafana
• Strong log analysis and observability expertise
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching)
• Wireless concepts (Wi-Fi, RF, signal metrics)
• Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA
• Good data analysis and reporting skills
