Skills Required

1. 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role

2. Profound understanding of RPA Deployment Methodology and opportunity identification / process optimization is required

3. Experience in a large transformational engagement preferred

4. Start-up experience preferred, with the ability to operate in a fluid and dynamic environment

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6. Strong presentation content and delivery skills

7. Design-thinking, lean and six-sigma experience a plus

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

9. Results-oriented with strategic-thinking and a sense of urgency and passion

10. Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas

11. Strong interpersonal skills: proven experience building strong internal and external relationships

12. Strong experience with Microsoft product suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project
