Cloud Architect

Position: Cloud Architect

Location: Houston, TX/Dallas, TX

Duration: 6-12 Months

The architect will need to have the following skills:

1. Experience with data warehousing using Snowflake - data modeling, security, configuration and tuning.

2. Very strong SQL skills

2. Experience with Google Cloud Platform data warehouse tools - Big Query, Big Table, Cloud SQL, GCS, Datastore/Firestore

3. Experience with GCP ETL tools - Data Proc, Data Flow, Data Prep, Data Fusion, Pub/Sub

4. Experience with GCP CI/CD - Cloud Source Repo, Cloud Build, Deployment Manager, Stackdriver monitoring

5. Some experience with cloud security, data warehouse security, data governance, data lineage, metadata management.

6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

7. Ability to lead and mentor the staff on the technologies in use.
