Hi, Job Title:Business Analyst Location:Chicago, IL Job Description: We are looking for a resource with heavy domain experience around the Investment market place especially familiar with trade cycle management. This resource will be helping us to inventory our current processes, and build requirements around data needs and business outcomes from these processes. They will assist in the prioritization of these processes for solutioning within our new future tech state and through our workflow tooling/operational dashboard. Basic BA requirements we would need for this role, essentially a BA/PM role. Required Experience: · Proven track record working as a Business Analyst with some Project Management experience managing smaller projects · Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills · Must have experience interacting with business team members at all levels to obtain, understand, refine business and data requirements; Must have experience presenting status reports to senior management. · Must be analytical, detail oriented and adept at understanding business problems and defining solutions · Must be familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methods and develop requirements to match the methodology · 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager · 3+ years of experience working as a data analyst, business analyst · 3+ years of experience working in the investment management industry · 10+ years of overall IT or Investment Management industry experience · Must be proficient with Sql · Must have experience working with IT and Vendor teams We want 9+ years of experience.
