Roles And responsibilities

Support The Wealth Management (WM) CTO in strategic initiatives
Subject Matter Expert in Multi Asset Portfolio Solutions leadership, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit and Business Partners
Lead initiatives within the WM CTO team and across Multi Asset Portfolio Solutions teams
Evaluate effectiveness of processes and controls; proactively identify gaps, define solutions, and execute on process and control improvements
Partner with Business Product team, traders and cross functional stakeholders on strategic planning and overall stakeholder engagement and reporting
Participate in identification of key fixed income and multi asset technology vendors and selection as necessary
Establish appropriate governance and oversight programs to monitor vendor performance
Responsible for coordinating governance meetings with vendors including agendas, presenters/attendees, minutes and follow-up on action items
Participate in business process reviews and workflow changes impacting technology operations, while working directly with end users, vendors and technology when applicable
Knowledge and experience of business and operations flows and multi asset financial products including fixed income products

Knowledge of multi-asset markets, products and processes is preferred
Ability to understand complex business processes and challenges; solution-oriented and logical in approach
Strong relationship building focus – able to build a network and leverage relationships with stakeholders and peers
Strong presentation skills: written (emails and power point slides) and verbal (both small and large group presentations).
Able to articulate complex ideas, concepts, and solutions effectively to all levels of the organization.
Collaborative team player who shows commitment and dedication; able to work across diverse working styles and maintain a positive ‘can do’ attitude under pressure.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in vendor management/relationship management/project management, preferably within a cross-functional Asset Management organization
Excellent working knowledge and experience in Capital Markets and financial products in the Fixed Income and Multi-Asset space such as Bonds, Derivatives, Credit instrument , Equity
Strong understanding of Fixed Income technology systems
Effective verbal and written communication skills relating to colleagues and associates both inside and outside the organization
Proven ability to manage several projects concurrently
Demonstrated leadership qualities and partnering skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
