Position/Role: SAP EWM Consultant

Location: Elyria, OH

Duration:  9-12 Months

Job Description:

·         Superior expertise in SAP EWM / WM and warehouse processes

·         Advanced business process knowledge around material handling and integration to ERP systems

·         Hands-on experience for Configuration and maintenance of business scenarios in SAP EWM version 9.1.

·         Good process knowledge of EWM processes like Putaway, picking, internal warehouse movement, Production staging, physical inventory etc.

·         Should have hands on experience in setting up warehouse set up with POSC, LOSC, WOCR, Wave picking, VAS, PPF etc.

·         Integration knowledge and issue resolution for SAP EWM - SAP ECC, SAP EWM - SAP TM, and SAP EWM - External EDI interfaces

·         Should have good understanding of ECC modules like MM, SD, PP & QM.

Job Description:

·         Creating and maintaining the Variant Configurator data within the SAP environment;

·         To Design variant configuration for a given product in SAP system, right from defining variants classes, characteristics, dependencies, variant functions, variant tables etc

·         Modifying/publishing data models relating to the different brand s products;

·         Maintaining a strong understanding of variant configurator data requirements in the SAP environment and the impacts of data elements on all enterprise systems;

·         Ensuring efficiency and data quality for all functions within the SAP system;

·         Performing integration testing of the variant configurator models in SAP S4 environments;

·         Assisting in the development and validation of training materials as required for new models being released in the VC.
