- SME on use of Risk Vision (RV) for vulnerability management
- Provide guidance to iCTO team members on use of RV
- Provide functional testing support as enhancements are implemented in RV
- Entity Ownership
- Vulnerability Ticketing and Ownership
- Vulnerability Instance (VI)remediation ownership at asset and vulnerability levels
- VI status’s and updates
- Incoming FD asset data from asset repositories such as CMDB and AppMap
- Other associated vulnerability remediation data in or outside RV as required
- VI remediation scheduling and dependencies and constraints
- Remediation CR tracking
- Entity Decommission status
- Reporting as required outside RV
- Associated Excel Workbooks and other data tools as required
- Ensure iCTO teams are able to execute process with supporting
- Identify shortcomings in RV and provide list of issues and recommended changes to FD GCSF team.
- Target Finish: Preliminary deliverable completed. Update at a minimum bi-weekly as discovered or exposed though end of contract.
- Recommend process and or data changes that would enable UVM Program best use of RV
- To be refined as RV discrepancies are resolved and functionality is altered.
- Develop and maintain a Data extract from Risk Vision to accommodate remediation planning, execution, status and reporting
- Maintain RV iCTO Business Segment data workbooks incorporating RV extract data.
- Update at a minimum weekly and adapt data changes as required with RV changes through end of contract.
- Bring in associated vulnerability ownership data and remediation planning data from other sources not in RV that support functional remediation planning and execution.
- Develop/recommend reporting outputs based on requirements. Primarily based on UVM Program prior reporting with Specific RV Dimensions added.
- Support assigned iCTO towers by establishing vulnerability instance line item remediation plans based on prescribed vulnerability impact severity model ([days]Critical-30, High-60, Med-180 completion targets)
- Review and update VI line item plans daily as required and statuses at a minimum weekly.
