Business Analyst Indianapolis Visa: All visa 3-4 Years Profile Description: Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes and develop improvements - Work closely with Process Owners to transform business requirements into technical requirements - Generate documentation for system processes and solutions - Develop and facilitate test plans for new automation and solutions - Perform data analysis and reporting - Collaborate in planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements - Support new and existing applications; manage bug logs and feature requests Required Skills/Experience: - 3+ years related work experience - Bachelor degree (or commensurate professional experience) in a relevant field - Strong communication and organizational skills - Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.) - Familiarity with application technology subject matter (i.e. web, database, API) Desired Skills/Experience: - Familiarity with data tools and query language - Familiarity with web development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)     Thanks!   Arpit Mishra Exarca Inc. 118 Carolynn Lane, Murphy Texas 75094 USA   Phone: 469-991-5690 Cell: 415-878-5898 Email   amishra@exarcainc.com
