Good Knowledge in policy admin, claims, surrender

Good Knowledge in Billing collection disbursement 

Accounting/Treasury background (nice to have)

Business Analysis skill set  

Ability to conduct workshops and gather requirements from various stakeholders

Ability to create use cases

Good communication skills
