Responsibilities: - Align ecommerce strategies with client business objectives
- Build and install Big Commerce implementations
- Work collaboratively with designers and provide guidance on BCs capabilities and limitations
- Manage and monitor all key daily store functions (Products, Customers, Orders, Payments, Shipping, etc.)
- Analyze and optimize database and core commerce functionality
- Resolve issues and provide feedback to BCs developer communities as needed
- Dig deeply into BCs functionality and offer additional services to our clients
- Work closely with client teams to ensure integrations with client’s systems
- Provide standard reporting and export data into sophisticated client dashboards
- Stay up to date on ecommerce trends and best practices
Requirements: - 2-4 years direct, hands on Big Commerce platform experience
- Experience with Stencil and front-end development (e.g. Javascript, HTML, CSS, etc.)
- Experience with REST API and microservice architecture
- Ability to work in agile, rapid development production environments on time-sensitive tasks
- Proven leadership ability and previous client relationship experience required
- Proactive self-starter qualities, with the ability to work independently, while collaborating with other departments
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills, especially data analysis
- B.Tech. or M.S. in Computer Science or related experience
