JOB DESCRIPTION:
. SQL
. Sales force service cloud
. QA experience methodology and concepts
. Salesforce CRM experience Yes 4-6
. Test cases design? Test execution? Defect logging?
. Defect retest
. Status reporting
. Requirement gathering
. Status reporting
. Client interaction for queries etc
