Monitor Storage Major / Critical events and alerts, Performing Health Analysis
Storage maintenance and troubleshooting
Storage allocation, storage migration, data copy, replication and backup requests
Backup, Tape Library Management, Recovery and DR Operations
Firmware Upgrades, Patch Installations, Firmware Rollback
Support Storage data migration, snapshots and remote copy/replication
Capacity planning and performance tuning
Service Management and Reporting
Provide Storage operations and administration services for storage infrastructure in Customers environment
