Job description:

 

Salesforce Lightning - 5+ Years of IT experience with around 2+ years as Lightning Salesforce.com CRM hands-on experience.

Over 5 years of IT experience in analysis, design, development, testing, delivery and production support of application software.

Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM platform using Visual force, Apex classes with operational analytics, Apex REST Api, project management,and quality assurance with emphasis on process improvement.

Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce service cloud using service console,live agent,entitlement and knowledge  management.

Over 2 years of eperience in lightning platform using lightning components,process builder,lightning flow and app and Platform Events.

Executed Customization,Security Access,Workflow Approvals,Data Validation and Utilities,Analytics,Sales,Marketing,CustomerService and Support.

customizations from Sandbox to other environments using Force.com IDES
