Position           :           Infrastructure Analyst

Location          :           Bloomington, IL 

Interview         :           Telephonic then Skype

Duration          :           Long Term

Rate                 :           $40/Hour On C2C

 

Job Description:-

• Uses expert knowledge to resolve highly complex performance problems for networked applications

• Has working knowledge of performance testing concepts and network data analysis

• Ability to analyze and resolve network latency issues with one or more of the following tools:

•         HTTP Watch

•         Riverbed (Opnet)

•         CA Performance Center

•         CA Network Flow Analyzer

•         Wireshark

•         Netscout - Infinistream

•         Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply the concepts to day-to-day work

•         Stays current on industry trends and best practices and applies in strategic/tactical planning

 

Technical competencies:

•         Cisco Router/Switch (IOS) Knowledge is required

•         Knowledge of OSI model, TCP/IP principles required

•         CCNA or CCNP or CCIE certifications are desired

•         Linux (RHEL) server experience a plus

•         Windows server experience a plus

•         Experience working with SAN technologies a plus

•         Experience with Java application analysis a plus
