Title    : Informatica Powercenter/PL/SQL developer Location : Ft. Lauderdale, FL Job Description : 7+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter v 8.x, 9.x and above 6+ years of experience in RDBMS knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2, Data Warehouse appliances (either Netezza, Teradata), XML, flat files, MS Access, UDB Experience using Informatica desiger, push down optimization, performance tuning, error handling in Informatica Working knowledge of understanding logical and physical data models Sound Data Warehousing knowledge (Inman-Kimball concepts, star schema, snowflake schema, facts, dimensions, SSDs etc) Experience in creating Tables, Views, Indexes, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Cursors, Functions and Packages in T-SQL. Experience in Query Optimization and Performance Tuning of Stored Procedures, Functions. Good knowledge of SDLC in DW and BI practices Participate in requirement reviews Prepare design documentation in consultation with project leads Informatica ETL development & unit testing Resolve & fix bugs in the work product during QA testing Work with release management teams during the Dev, QA & Production deployment of the work product.
