Job title: Project Coordinator

Location: Minneapolis, MN.

 

Required Qualifications/ Job Description:

 

1. Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office (for example create pivot table, graphs, charts etc), Visio (process flows ASIS to TO BE) and MS Project (Create and manage Dynamic project plans, reporting and resource management)

2. Intermediate working knowledge of MS Access

3. Be Accountable and meet tight deadlines

4. Ability to create Executive Presentations for the sr. leaders

5. Intermediate understanding of waterfall and agile SDLC

6. Ability to navigate complex organization with multiple layers

7. Ability to build strong working relationship built on trust and integrity

8. Self-motivated and driven individual who wishes to do more than “take orders” (Type-A personality)

9. Ability to be flexible and adapt in an ever-changing environment

10. Provide structure and effectively drive project teams toward results

11. Takes initiative to address and team needs

12. Someone who leads within their role, not afraid to stand out

13. Excellent Communication skills

14. Financial Industry Conversion Experience

15. Logical approach to problem solving

16. Champion change and act as change agent within team, program leadership and with the business partners

17. Ability to advise, influence, and advocate for ideas with senior management

18. Someone able to drive and patience to achieve outcomes

19. Demonstrated experience within resume (should be a “sales brochure” to pique hiring manager interest)

20. Individual who is accountable to lead and manage the project to meet the project goals and objectives

21. Provides support for scheduling meetings, coordinating activities, and ensure meeting conversations and action items are documented

22. Creating and present information in a variety of ways, including presentations, dashboards, status reports, meeting minutes, etc

23. Exercise professional judgement in applying an appropriate project management discipline to:

a. In meeting the project goals

b. Ensure adequate information is available to support management decisions throughout the life of the project

c. Manage project risks and issues of the project

24. Able to accept and act on feedback from others to improve own performance and drive project success

25. Proven ability to work in highly matrixed organization
