Description of Project:

Management Activities: 

·        Creating All Necessary Documentation; Working with Stakeholders and Program teams.

·        Manage support team in the execution of Medicare & Duals Member Migration Readiness activities.

·        Collaborates with internal Care1st business units to ensure member and provider experience is prioritized thru migration

·        Analyzes data / metrics against standards to ensure compliance continues to be priority thru migration.

·        Meeting Organization and Coordination; Meeting Summaries, Next Steps and Follow up
