Portland OR Skill set Post Silicon validation experience on SoC based systems validating memory subsystems: DDR4, DDR5, LPDDR4, HBM memories. Should be having good hands-on in bring up, validation and debug experience working on DDR and HBM flows on Si boards (Reset flows, Controller and Phy configurations, Memory training, Memory access and data retention, Low power modes etc.) Tests understanding and ability to root cause issues / modify test code and driver files in C and Python language.  Knowledge of Python and C essential. Knowledge of Intel SVOS / it's variant desirable. Having worked on Synopsys memory controllers is an advantage.
