Locations: 100% Remote (EST/ CST Candidates Only)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
· The ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support procurement and finance processes.
· This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to deliver scalable workflows aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development:
· Configure and customize ServiceNow applications for S2P processes.
· Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts using ServiceNow standards.
· Meet directly with client to address queries about S2P systems and provide solutions to meet requirements
· Lead development team to provide guidance and support
Process Enablement:
· Implement modules for supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice management.
· Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial controls.
Integration:
· Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba) using REST/SOAP APIs.
Testing & Deployment:
· Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and manage deployment activities.
· Support development teams migration to other lower environments
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:
· Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to client teams.
Continuous Improvement:
· Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong experience in ServiceNow development (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scoped Apps).
· Knowledge of ServiceNow Procurement Service Management (PSM) or similar modules.
· Understanding of Source-to-Pay lifecycle (supplier management, requisition, PO, invoicing).
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) /ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required; ITIL Foundation or Procurement certifications are a plus.
· Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Minimum 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $60 - 70/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
