Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Wealth Management to join a dynamic Platform Delivery Implementations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial services and play a key role in client onboarding, platform implementations, and business process configuration. Experience with SEI Wealth Platform (SWP) is highly preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in multiple client and internal projects simultaneously
• Support project planning in collaboration with project management teams
• Coordinate client onboarding, reconfigurations, and platform implementations
• Design and support customized business operating models for client firms
• Manage project interdependencies, timelines, and resource allocation
• Maintain project documentation and artifacts
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and clients
• Gather and manage client configuration requirements for platform setup
• Collaborate with internal teams including development, operations, and market units
• Support process improvements and standardization initiatives
• Train team members when required
• Work independently and make informed business decisions

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT and Financial Services
• Strong Wealth Management experience (MANDATORY)
• Knowledge of Private Banking operations
• Understanding of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, and funds
• Strong experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with SharePoint and Confluence is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SEI Wealth Platform (SWP)
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
