Hiring: Mainframe Developer (8+Years Experience)
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)

🔹 Responsibilities
▪️ Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL
▪️ Work on batch and online programs ensuring performance and reliability
▪️ Perform impact analysis, code reviews, and enhancements
▪️ Write and optimize DB2 SQL and stored procedures
▪️ Develop and maintain JCL jobs and scheduling workflows
▪️ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with root cause analysis
▪️ Provide production and on-call support
▪️ Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams for requirements and testing
▪️ Support application upgrades, modernization, and deployments
▪️ Ensure compliance with coding standards, security, and audits
▪️ Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior team members

🔹 Required Skills
▪️ Mainframe Application Development
▪️ COBOL (Batch & Online)
▪️ DB2 (SQL, Stored Procedures)

▪️ Strong experience with Batch Processing & Scheduling
