Job Title: ServiceNow IRM Business Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL - hybrid onsite (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!) In Person Interview

Rate:  $60 /hr. on C2C        

Visa: H1B & USC only

 

JD:

-        Identify and document business requirements for risk management processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals and technical capabilities.

-        Design and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions, including configurations, workflows, and integrations, to meet specific business needs.

-        Identify and implement process improvements within the ServiceNow IRM module to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

-        Analyze risk data using ServiceNow Performance Analytics to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for stakeholders.

-        Provide training and support to business users on how to effectively utilize the ServiceNow IRM platform.

-        Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and legal, to ensure a cohesive risk management approach.

-        Manage vendor risks through the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

-        Support business continuity planning by using the ServiceNow platform to identify potential disruptions and implement mitigation strategies.

 

Required Skills and Experience

-        Strong Understanding of Risk Management Principles Proficiency in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation techniques.

-        Experience with ServiceNow IRM Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, particularly the IRM module, is essential.

-        Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to complex problems.

-        Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other relevant parties.

-        Knowledge of Relevant Regulatory Frameworks Familiarity with frameworks like FCPA, GDPR, or ISO 37001 is a plus.

-        Experience with Agile Methodologies and Project Management Ability to work in a collaborative, iterative environment
