Job Description/Role Notes

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end DevOps solutions across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Collaborate closely with client leadership, technical leads, developers, and QA teams to understand both business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable DevOps tasks that support short- and long-term goals.
• Partner with frontend (Next.js) and backend (.NET) teams to streamline deployment processes, troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams such as Networking, CDN, Architect, AWS support, and External vendors (e.g., Vercel) to ensure reliable and scalable system performance.
• Make informed technical decisions based on industry best practices and internal standards.
• Advise management on project-level issues and contribute to strategic planning for DevOps initiatives.

 

Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and resource management, combined with a solid Linux system administration background.
• Expertise in building and troubleshooting composite CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including integration of code quality and security tools such as SonarQube and Snyk, and optimizing Docker image builds and scanning.
• Advanced skills in containerization and orchestration, including deploying applications using custom Helm charts and ArgoCD, with proficiency in writing and customizing Helm charts.
• Proficiency in Terraform Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), including managing child and root modules, state migration, and integration with HashiCorp Vault, as well as configuring AWS services like Elasticache (Redis OSS), Application/Network Load Balancer, Auto Scaling, EC2, ECS, Private Link, IAM Role.
• Extensive experience with Docker containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and container lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to work with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Next.js, or Node.js.
• Good understanding of Content Delivery Networks (CDN), DNS management, and routing rules/policies based on user location, as well as experience with multi-tenant applications deployed across multiple regions and markets.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed, cloud-native environments.

 

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with Vercel
