Rate: $48 /hr on C2C

Role name: Business Analyst

Role Description: Proven ability to lead product planning and strategy sessions.

Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering expertise

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience writing user system stories.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate effectively across Technology, Enterprise Architecture, and Business teams

 

Competencies: Business Analysis

Experience (Years): 10 & Above

Essential Skills:

Lead product planning discussions, including defining Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), product release roadmaps, and deployment migration strategies.

Engage stakeholders across departments to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements.

Translate business needs into development-ready features, including detailed user stories and system specifications.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve dependencies, define business rules, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Conduct impact analysis and gap assessments to inform solution design and delivery.

Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance product value.
