Job Summary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with at least 3 years in ITOM modules.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Experience with MID Servers, Pattern Design, Probe/Sensor customization, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience with cloud and infrastructure monitoring tools (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
