Title: Senior Data Modeler
Location: Onsite in McLean, VA (Mon–Fri)
Duration: Long Term
Interview: In-Person (Whiteboarding)

Overview:
Seeking a Senior Data Modeler with strong experience in ER Studio and XMLSpy for data modeling, mapping, and profiling. Must understand workflows, statecharts, and business processes, and communicate effectively across teams. Ex-Freddie or Ex-Fannie candidates highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support MF EBM implementation and cross-division data initiatives (e.g., Finance Roadmap, ERCF, ERM)
• Analyze consumer data needs, workflows, and lineage
• Develop MFLDM sub-models and align with EBM
• Contribute to model governance (e.g., enum standardization, key attribute profiling)
• Collaborate with up to 10 MF product teams

Requirements:

• Expertise in data modeling and database design
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to connect business concepts across functions
