The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of secure and scalable banking applications using Microsoft technologies while implementing best practices in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines on Azure. Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for .NET and C#.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts)
- Build and manage multi-stage YAML pipelines with deployment gates, approval workflows, and rollback strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and architects
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across full technology stack (frontend, backend, database, networking, and cloud)
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Bicep, PowerShell, and other scripting languages
- Leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate code development, documentation, and testing
- Integrate third-party tools and services into the DevOps toolchain
- Champion DevOps best practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and mentor junior engineers
- Ensure systems are built for high availability, security, and compliance in regulated environments
