●     6+ years of experience in Experience in development and support of Oracle Supply and demand planning cloud.

●     Implementation experience in Oracle planning cloud is mandatory.

●     Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain domain, with particular focus on some of the following

        - Must have: Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud

●     Good understanding of Oracle Cloud and other cloud technologies.

●     Strong business process expertise coupled with architectural skills.

●     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

●     Strong customer engagement skills.

●     High personal integrity.

●     Excellent communication (written and presentation) and influencing skills.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
  • Understanding/Demonstration of standard business processes/flows to Client User Group(s)/ Process Owners/ Business SME in Oracle Supply Chain cloud in the following areas.
  •        - Oracle Supply Chain Planning
           - Supply Chain Collaboration     
  • Ability to comprehend existing business processes/practices, identify/capture additional business/reporting requirements.
  • Able to analyze and understand any application issues raised by end users and effectively communicate end users for any clarification and provide guidance/ solutions.
  • Develop training material and application documentation as required, Educate business users.
  • Raise Service Requests [SRs] with Oracle Support for any Product/ Technical issues and liaise with Oracle Support until resolution.
  • Responsible to work with users to ensure that the system is configured and utilized correctly.
