Must Haves:
The resources will have enough experience to be able to jump in and not require much training/handholding to run the business. We are 4 years into an implementation of Workday, so not a new rollout. However, they the resource would need to have between 3-5 YOS, ideally.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Business Analyst in BCG's IT HR Systems Group you will have the responsibility for technical maintenance of Workday. We are kicking off a multi-phased global implementation, and this is a key role for the implementation. Provide ongoing support on Workday ranging from enhancement requests, day to day operational activities.

• Have a sense of urgency in task execution, be well organized, able to solve complex issues and be interested in meeting high expectations while working in a very rewarding environment offering exceptional opportunities for learning and growth
• Ability to partner with the business to understand needs and translate them into technology requirements, using a consultative approach to understand the system functionality and apply that knowledge to solutioning / working with the business on process efficiencies.
• Be proficient with functional & technical support on Workday
• Work with the HR & IT HR teams in the planning and execution of Workday's functional/technical projects through our Agile process
• Manage and configure updates to Workday by partnering with the product team, documenting requirements, tracking updates through Jira, and managing updates through sprint process
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• Workday HCM Certification
• Experience in troubleshooting, and configurating Workday in a Global environment
• Experience building custom reports, creating calculated fields and updating Dashboards
• Experience with building EIBs and developing audit reports to validate data loads prior to deployment
• Experience working with customers to gather requirements and translating them into system/technology requirements is a must
• Experience supporting large corporate applications and systems
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including debugging and analysis of performance issues.
• Able to generate and analyze data and reports (Strong Excel & PowerPoint Experience)
