

Job Title: Salesforce developer Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Locals Needed Position 6+ Months Client is looking for Sr Salesforce developer to work on the AI Customer Support project which is part of the Mobile App; We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our AI Customer Support initiative, a critical part of our mobile application platform. This project aims to integrate AI-driven capabilities such as intelligent case routing, chatbots, and knowledge automation into the Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance customer experience. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce components for AI-enabled customer support workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with mobile application backends and third-party AI engines (e.g., Einstein AI, ChatGPT, or other NLP-based tools).
- Customize Omni-Channel routing, Case Management, Knowledge Base, and Live Agent functionalities.
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and APIs to support AI-based mobile support workflows.
- Collaborate with Mobile App developers, UX/UI teams, and AI/ML teams to ensure seamless experience and proper data flow between systems.
- Exposure to AI technologies, OpenAI API, DialogFlow, or Azure AI Services is a plus.
- Understanding of mobile UX requirements in customer support scenarios.
