Job Title: Workday PRISM and Accounting Center Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workday PRISM and Accounting Center Developer with at least 5 years of expertise in Workday technologies. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and managing Workday PRISM pipelines, data lineage, and complex accounting center batch jobs. A strong background in Workday Studio, EIBs, and Orchestrate is essential. Experience in financial systems and exceptional communication skills are highly desirable.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Workday PRISM Development:

• Design and manage scalable PRISM pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization.
• Implement PRISM transformations (e.g., unpivot, group by, filter, rank, calculated fields) and data change tasks (DCTs).

Accounting Center Management:

• Develop, configure, and optimize batch jobs and accounting center setups for financial reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve job failures promptly.

Integration and Orchestration:

• Build and enhance Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, and Orchestrate.
• Collaborate with teams to design and maintain seamless integration solutions.

Data & Reporting (Preferred):

o Create advanced Workday reports and dashboards.

o Assist with security configurations to ensure compliance and data integrity.

 

Collaboration:

• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively regarding project updates and risks.

Qualifications: Required Skills:

• 5+ years in Workday PRISM and Accounting Center development.
• Proficiency in managing data lineage, batch jobs, and PRISM transformations.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Orchestrate, Java, and AWS services.

Preferred Skills:
o Experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
