Role: Business System Analyst with Healthcare (17918-1)

Location: Atlanta, GA/Richmond, VA/Norfork, VA/Mason, OH (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months



Requirements:

Must have 6 to 8 years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
Expertise writing functional, non-functional requirements for
software projects or complete applications and programs.
Strong logical and reasoning abilities.
Capable of investigating and quickly understanding the capabilities
of existing systems and technologies already in use across a business
area.
Provider/Pharmacy / Healthcare industry knowledge.
Strong Technical SA background.
Experience working in agile environment.
Needs to have large enterprise experience.
Experience in JIRA and other tools.



Responsibilities:

Creating stories based on the business requirements.
Analyze the issues reported, come up with root cause analysis,
document the findings.
Working closely with business stakeholders and creating EPIC and
user stories.
Work with all stakeholders being impacted by business system and/or
business process changes, where applicable, to ensure all changes are
made back into the business in a way that minimizes impact on the
customer.
In the spirit of continuous improvement, challenge the status quo
and challenge others to rethink current processes, structures, policies,
methodologies, and assumptions related to role of System Analyst.
Assist all business partners, business analysts, business
relationship managers to analyze changes in requirements and provide
solutions for enhancements to all applications.
Maintain working knowledge of current state software development
tools and methods, software testing methodologies, and research emerging
trends in application product development space.
Define technical requirements, Mapping documents.
Relay technical requirements to the developers.
Analyze production issues and UAT and queries from other teams.
