Job Title: Data Architect
Location: New Holland, PA- Hybrid

Hiring mode: C2C( 6 Months Contract)

MANDATORY SKILLS

• 10+ years' experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services: Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, MS Fabric.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Familiarity with Power BI for building data models and reports.
• Hands-on experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and implementation.
• Experience in implementing data governance, data security, and data quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to data management.
• Strong ability to design and troubleshoot complex data architectures.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in P&C Insurance domain is a desirable
