Need Banking domain experience

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (AZ)

Role: Product Manager

 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management, or Project Management with a proven track record of:
• Defining winning product constructs
• Delivering a product roadmap
• Experience in Payments and/or Digital Banking (preferred but not required)
• In-depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes
• Proven ability to manage large, complex products with multiple partners
• Strong relationship-building skills:
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels within the organization, internally and externally
• Effective in engaging and influencing both technical and non-technical teams in a global organization
• Ability to predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred Knowledge:

• Financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing (highly preferred)
