Role name: Developer

Chicago(Naperville), IL

Duration : Contract

 

Role Description:            

1 Execute ITIL-compliant support and enhancement activities for a high complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution with add-ons.

2 Hands-on approach to resolve critical issues in close coordination with internal and 3rd party stakeholders.

3 Daily task assignment to technical team and resolution of critical issues.

4 Liaison with client and other teams for decision-making.

5 Review compliance to Customer SLAs/ KPIs and ensure proactive monitoring & resolution of issues.

6 Status reporting to client and TCS management on the project activities.

Competencies: EIS : MAXIMO Technical

Experience (Years): 6-8

Essential Skills:

1. Maximo Implementation/ Upgrade/ Support experience: 7.6 or higher.

2. Experience of implementing Maximo (7.6 or higher) end-to-end (preferably for a Manufacturing Customer).

3. Maximo technical and functional Experience with IBM Maximo certification.

4. MAS 8/9 hands-on experience and certification (preferable).

5. Knowledge of following Maximo add-ons and related technologiesa. Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or aboveb.

IBM Maximo Mobile/ Maximo Anywhere

c. IBM Maximo Asset Management Work Centersd. IBM BI Cognos & BIRT

e. Database: Oracle 12c or higherf.

Server OS: Linux, Windows g. IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5.12 Version or higher

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience of end-to-end Maximo implementation for Manufacturing Customers

2. Experience of conducting requirement, design and acceptance workshops for Rail customers

3. Experience in conducting training on Maximo for Manufacturing Customers

4. Knowledge of Infrastructure planning (middleware, database, server etc.)
