Job Title: Business Analyst with ERP/Healthcare Experience (USC/GC Only)

Job Location:  San Diego, CA (Remote) Local Candidates only with DL

Job Description

• Minimum five (5) years [nine (9) for non-degreed candidates] of business analyst experience with the responsibility for capturing functional and technical requirements, partnering with business stakeholders, and supporting IT and Enterprise projects with a key emphasis on governance, security, and infrastructure.

Preferred Experience:

• Three (3) or more years' experience in a Business Analyst role
• Two (2) or more years' experience in a Project Management role

Required Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office Suite – Project, Excel, etc.
• Experience with IT Governance, Security, Infrastructure & Compliance.
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must be detailed oriented and have the proven ability to prioritize work
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team
• Must have sound decision-making abilities

Professional Certification:

• CSPO, CAP, CSBA, PMI-PBA or other business analyst certifications a plus
