SAP S/4 Project Manager
Location: Houston, Texas (onsite) for the First 6 Months, Then Fully Remote
Duration: 12+ Months

Main Role & Responsibilities
SAP Project Manager Resource will assist in various SAP programs/projects related to technology and service transitions. Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues.
Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for SAP Transformation projects
Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project
Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities.
Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies. Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.
Mitigate risks as defined in project plan.
Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder's commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.
Preferred Skill set Requirements
§ Experience in multiple integration projects
§ 15 years of experience in IT project implementation with at least 10 years in SAP projects (endto-end) implementation.
§ 10+ years with SAP Project Management, Microsoft Project
§ Experience in identifying dependencies and developing integrated program plans.
§ 5 years of experience in managerial role, leading team to deliver complex & largescale SAP project implementation.
§ Possess strong knowledge and experience in large and complex SAP implementation.
§ Experience managing ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects § Possess strong business and consulting acumen.
§ Possess strong stakeholder management (all levels including C-level) with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
§ Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
§ PMP Certification preferred; Other PM certifications like CSM, SAFe, SAP Activate methodology
