• Configure G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting.
• Prepare End user training Document.
• Prepare workflow which is nothing but sequence of business processes flow to complete the project within defined scope, budget and time.
Position – SAP SD(service management)
Required skill set -
· Sales and Distribution (SD) Functional experience of 6+ years
· Repairs and Service Notification (Services Management experience for 1 project)
· Warranty and Contracts
· ability to read and debug ABAP codes
· Hands-on work on SAP customization interfaces
· Experience/knowledge in S/4 Hana, SAP Hybris/BRIM, BRF+, SAP portal (good to have)
· Cross functional leading ability across SAP and non SAP teams
· Coordinate all PLC phases b/w onsite/offshore teams
· Experience creating functional specifications for RICEF objects
· Ability to analyze project requirements and understand complex concepts
· Self-motivated and takes initiative
· Strong desire to learn new technologies, tools & processes
· Strong communication skills. Needs to effectively and proactively communicate
Position – SAP FICO RAR
Required skill set -
- 3+ years of SAP RAR (revenue accounting and reporting) experience specializing in design , configuration and RAR integration with FI, SD and/or BRIM
- Two full life cycle implementation experience with SAP RAR module including RAR migration experience
- Detail understanding of order-to-cash process, SD/FICO modules integration, BRIM process, IFRS 16, COPA and Revenue Recognition process
- Knowledge of BRF+ is highly desired
- Experience in solution design and configuration of business processes within RAR, SD and FI/CO.
- Has demonstrated project leadership skills by coordinating cross functional teams and focused on delivering detail designs to align with industry best practices
- Prior experience in high tech or software industries with good understanding of accounting concepts
- Require strong verbal and written communication skills including business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals presentation
- Experience in S/4 HANA is preferred
- Candidates with Bachelors in Finance/ CPA / CPA equivalent preferred.
Position – SAP ABAP Architect
Required skill set - SAP ABAP Architect
- S/4 Technical Architect with below experience:
- Multiple S/4HANA brownfield conversions,
- Experience handling large volume DB migration,
- Experience with scale out/multi-node DB architecture,
- Experience with Agile development methodologies,
- Expertise in SAP HANA code remediation and code compliance techniques,
- Strong knowledge in designing and architecting solutions for custom code adaptation in OTC area for BP integration, supporting encryptions in payments and BP transactions.
Position – SAP MM Logistics
Required skill set -
- Lead the project from Onsite for the Complete Project Life cycle Business requirement to Go live & Warranty - Handover to Support team.
- Capable of show case and present Innovation Ideas and Demo to Customer - Quarterly
- ALE/EDI_IDOC Exposure , Project hands on experience ( Implementation/ Enhancement) in some of below IDOC functionality.
- Procurement - Logistics 850,855,846,856 ASN,940,856SC,810,945
- Interface from SAP to 3PL / any downstream or Upstream application through BAPI / RFC / Custom Objects worked on
- Strong exposure on Standard SAP Configuration knowledge in MM / WM - Hands on system SAP ECC.
- Reverse Logistics and Forward Logistics experience
- Work closely with Offshore team, have understanding and flexible to work Onsite & Offshore Model and Multiple Geography location.
- ABAP - Functional debugging and Basic exposure skill a Plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively both internally and externally.
- A self-starter - Able to work independently and quick learner and deliver the project.
- Strong computer skills – both Internet and desktop productivity tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Should be familiar with material handling systems and how to integrate them to SAP WM solutions
- Strong warehouse, distribution and transportation Logistics Business Process Knowledge and experience.
- Worked on Custom object - logic - process environment and complex projects would be added advantage. ( User - exist , BAPIs, RICEF etc.,)
