Need SDET with Gen AI Testing --Rhode Island- HYBRID- only locals

Requirements:

Job Title: Solid SDET with API experience - Gen AI Testing SME

Location:  Rhode Island    (Hybrid)

Duration:6+ months(C2C)

Visas: H1B, H4- EAD

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.
• In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and data formats such as JSON and XML.
• Experience with Gen AI models, including testing methodologies for AI/ML applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in financial systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, data security standards, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) and AI-specific testing tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture within a banking context.
• Experience with financial systems database testing, SQL, and data validation.
• Certification in software testing, AI, or related areas is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes in financial institutions.
