Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Builder (AI Solutions Engineer) to rapidly transform business ideas into innovative AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will leverage Claude (Anthropic AI) and modern AI development tools to create functional prototypes, validate concepts quickly, and scale them into production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications using Claude and modern LLM technologies.
• Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts with exceptional speed.
• Design scalable AI architectures and solution workflows.
• Integrate AI services with front-end, back-end, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Implement event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ.
• Optimize AI workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into AI solutions.
• Apply prompt engineering and AI orchestration best practices.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI applications.

Required Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Claude (Anthropic AI) or enterprise LLM platforms.
• Experience in AI solution architecture and rapid application development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with RabbitMQ and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with front-end and back-end development.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI agents, and LLM integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
